Upper floor: 3 bedrooms with a king-size, a queen-size, and a single bed. Outside there are parking spaces, a seating area with a grill, and bicycle storage. In front of the house flows the Diemel River with a view of Warburg’s historic cityscape. Quiet yet central location – perfect for relaxing.

The 130sqm apartment has a fireplace with which a cozy atmosphere and cozy warmth can be generated. The old hewn beams and the beautiful half-timbered structure as well as a quarry wall in the apartment should have been experienced. The ceiling height is about 4 meters and a small flat gallery is also available.

Here you really live directly on the lake – not just "near the lake".
