Only a mile to a metro station giving access to the cities of Newcastle, Gateshead etc. The south facing high walled garden has a wood fired hot tub for all 5 guests to unwind and relax. Wild swimming, cycling and endless walks lie just beyond its gate. One of five dwellings, the Cottage has a private entrance and exclusive use of a small south-facing garden. Night skies are spectacular and often punctuated with calling owls and the rustle of hedgehogs & badgers. Bird spotting and fishing is another delight.

A tiny bathroom includes a modern composting toilet and small shower with hot water. Basic cooking facilities are provided from a mini oven or why not use the fire pit and bbq outside instead. The sleeping area is accessed via a ladder and is in the apex of the roof and has a double mattress and soft bedding with a window to enjoy the sunrise.
