Välkommen till vårt charmiga fristående hus med bastu. Gångavstånd till både hav och sjö. Huset byggdes 2018 och är fördelat på två våningar med gedigen golvvärme. Huset har ett modernt, fräscht kök som är fullt utrustat. Huset är möblerat med ett matbord och stolar, utemöbler, en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa samt en 43-tums TV. Huset erbjuder gratis parkering (flera platser finns). Gräsmattan nedanför huset kan också nyttjas av gäster. Buss som går i närheten tar dig smidigt in till Gullmarsplan.

The cottage is fully equipped with kitchen, toilet and shower – perfect for a relaxing or active stay in nature, always with the city's amenities within reach.

Next to the sea, there is a newly built charming house designed by an architect, with own access to a new sauna house! The house is located on Smådalarö in the Stockholm archipelago! The house has a southwest location. This means that you will have direct sunlight for most of the day and evening in the summer. Enjoy the sea view while you eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Just a few steps away from taking a dip in the sea! The house also has a fireplace with large windows facing the water!

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Welcome to our fresh and fully equipped cottage, perfect for those who want to stay close to both nature and the city pulse. Here you live in a quiet and safe residential area with only a 3–4 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. The bus takes you into Gullmarsplan in about 20 minutes and runs every 10–15 minutes. Tyresta National Park is a 20 minute walk away with swimming beach and walking paths. Beds: one double bed (180 cm) in separate bedroom as well as a loft with a 140 cm bed.

Altanen ligger i bästa läge med sol under eftermiddagen och kvällen. På några minuters promenadavstånd ligger Albysjön & närmaste sandstrand. Villaområdet som huset ligger i ligger på en halvudde - väldigt naturskönt och gränsar till naturreservat. Så boendet är perfekt för den som söker en avkopplande vistelse med naturen som granne.

Just two miles from the million city of Stockholm you can live and experience centuries-old rural idyll with farm and free range animals. Here is also the entrance to the National Park with a unique nature and very old forest, silence and sparkling forest star. Here you live comfortably in one of the historic buildings from the early 18th century, with kitchen and bathroom. Here you can stay if you intend to visit Tyresta village and/or the national park and nature reserve.

The house is located on our property. Private parking is available and a small porch with table and chairs in summer. Sleeping loft and sofa bed. Table for 4 people. With its proximity to both forest , lake and sea, this small house is a perfect starting point for hiking, biking, climbing and paddling. You can easily get to Stockholm by bus.
