Archipelago feeling 30 minutes from the city

You live in a house where the upper floor of 50 m2 consists of 2 bedrooms, living room with fireplace, toilet and shower room as well as a fully equipped kitchen with the little extras for those who like to cook. There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement which you reach via a floor hatch and narrow stairs. A terrace of approx. 35 m2 surrounds the house, there is a pavilion with outdoor furniture and a gas grill available during the summer. The house is located on a 2800 m2 natural plot. To the southeast it borders the Sandholmarna nature reserve and the other sides border Dyviksvägen and Örigenhamnsvägen.

Five bedrooms with four double beds, one 120 cm bed, sofa bed in living room. Small house with four beds, 19-square-metre stargazing tent with five beds. Ideal for gatherings, corporate events or nights out with friends :-) Everyone who will be staying in the house must be included in the booking; there is no difference in price whether they stay overnight or not. Good and fast communications to the city (20 minutes by bus and subway), at the same time close to the edge of the forest in a quiet residential area. The hens live near the property so you may hear them in the morning. Good as a starting point for various activities such as: hiking or kayaking. Suitable for solo travelers or couples with or without children, adventurers or business travelers. Pets welcome.

Welcome to our charming detached house with sauna. Walking distance to both sea and lake. The house was built in 2018 and is divided into two floors with solid underfloor heating. The house has a modern, fresh kitchen that is fully equipped. The house is furnished with a dining table and chairs, outdoor furniture, a double bed, a sofa bed and a 43-inch TV. The house offers free parking (several spaces are available). The lawn below the house can also be used by guests. Bus that runs nearby takes you smoothly into Gullmarsplan.

The Purple House in Brevik

The house is situated on our property. There is private parking and a small veranda with a table and chairs in summer. Sleeping loft (may be cramped for two adults) and a sofa bed for two people. Extra mattresses are available. Table with space for 4 people. With its proximity to forest, lake and sea, this little house is a perfect base for hiking, cycling, climbing and paddling. Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Next to the sea, there is a newly built charming house designed by an architect, with own access to a new sauna house! The house is located on Smådalarö in the Stockholm archipelago! The house has a southwest location. This means that you will have direct sunlight for most of the day and evening in the summer. Enjoy the sea view while you eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Just a few steps away from taking a dip in the sea! The house also has a fireplace with large windows facing the water!

Here you live in a quiet and safe residential area with only a 3-4 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. The bus takes you to Gullmarsplan in about 20 minutes and runs every 10–15 minutes. Tyresta National Park is a 20-minute walk away with a beach and walking trails. Beds: one double bed (180 cm) in a separate bedroom and a loft with a 140 cm bed.
