I am renting out a private bedroom with full access to the kitchen, bathroom, living room and a balcony in a quiet neighborhood. There is supermarket, restaurant, beauty parlor and library close to the building. It is a very nice and peaceful site surrounded by forests and lakes. During the summer you can swim and take the sun in a little beach which is only 15 minutes walk and in the winter you can ski or just walk on the ice. I am a nice and quiet person willing to give the best service. The apartment is 20-25 minutes from downtown with public transit. There is a bus stop nearby leaving to town every 20 minutes or 10 minutes during rush hours. Further, staying includes: - towels and bedlinen - WiFi - Washer and dryer in the laundry which is in the basement. Lovely home close to swimming and nature. Beautiful hiking trails in Tyresta Nature Reserve, located a couple of hundred metres from the accommodation and adjacent to Tyresta National Park. Close to swimming at the rocks. Canoes are available for hire in the area. Access to three bicycles is available, one of which is an electric bicycle. The area is ideal for cycling in nature and on gravel roads. About 1 km to the bus stop that takes you to Stockholm city in about 30 minutes. The apartment is on 2 floors and is just over 60 sqm.

The apartment is 40 sqm and offers high ceilings and a high cozy factor. Very central, 2 minutes to the bus and 1 km to the beach. The accommodation has a 140 bed, sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, toilet with shower, kitchen and balcony as well as free parking. In the kitchen there is a stove, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster. When you arrive: The bed is made with clean linens and clean towels and toilet paper for about two days are available. The accommodation is left cleaned but we empty the garbage and remove the bedding.
