Cheerful townhouse with patio

Nice townhouse in quiet area. Inspected patio with barbecue and dining table. Sun from morning to the evening. There is a playground and football field in the area. The house has two floors, upstairs has 3 bedrooms (two with double bed and a room with 120 bed) as well as bathroom with bathtub. Lower floor has large living room, kitchen, bathroom shower and laundry room. 10 minutes walking distance to the beach, outdoor gym and Trångsunds nature reserve. Walking distance to bus, 10 min Farsta Centrum and commuter train 19 min to stockholm city.

Nice townhouse close to nature and lakes.

Large and spacious row mug. Here you live comfortable in a quiet area with all you need to have a nice stay. 2 storey house with large living room overlooking the forest , the kitchen is voted out with everything you need. On the lower floor there are 4 bedrooms plus hall with sofa bed. sleeps 8. 1 toilet and 1 bathroom. Large patio in the back to the forest as well as the front with barbecue possibilities. Close to the nature reserve Tyresta By and 200 meters to the swimming area. Bus to Gullmarsplan a few metres away.

In the middle of forests, lakes, sea and city

Welcome to this nice semi-detached house idyllically located in a Bullerby like area with nature as the nearest neighbor. The house is great for a family that wants to explore both Stockholm and the nice nature around. The garden goes directly over to the forest and nature reserve. Several lakes with nice swimming areas (both with jetties, sandy beach and cliffs) within walking distance. It only takes 20 minutes by bus to town (Slussen). The sea is also close. Sörmlandsleden almost passes by the house.

This is our beloved townhouse, built 2016, in Aspudden, just 12 min away from Stockholm Central Station and with walking distance to lake Mälaren. Its spacoius, with open social areas. There is a terrace on the ground floor with morning sun and a balcony on the upper floor with sun in the evening. From here you get a great view over the city. There are toys and things to play with for your kids. Aspudden is a cozy neighbourhood with cafés, a great bookstore, super-market and parks/playgrounds.

Nice townhouse close to nature

Nice townhouse on 2 floors (134 sqm), close to the Tyresta National Park with forest and animals, and lakes nearby. There is free parking in the area and a few minutes' walk to buses that go to Gullmarsplan, T-centralen and Handenterminalen. In the house, there are 3 bedrooms. There is a toilet on the lower floor and also a bathroom with shower, bathtub and sauna on the upper floor. In the garden, there are lounge groups, dining tables, sun loungers and barbecue grill.
