Spacious house with pool, wood-fired sauna and hot tub, sunroom and lake view. The lake downhill from the house has nice cliffs and diving towers. Five bedrooms with four double beds, a 120 cm bed, sofa bed in the living room. Small house with double bed, stargazing tent 19 sqm with five beds. Suitable for events, corporate events or hanging out with friends :-) Everyone who will be in the house must be included in the booking, there is no price difference whether you stay overnight or not. Skogen når man direkt från baksidan av huset. 20 minuters bilresa till Södermalm, 30 minuters bilresa in till Stockholms city. Utekatten Märta bor i huset och behöver få matskålen och vattenglaset påfyllt någon gång per dygn samt bli in och utsläppt. Märta är en supersnäll katt som gärna blir klappad, hon är van vid småbarn. Welcome to our beautiful likeside villa just by Drevviken in the suburb of Stockholm. The villa is 67 square meters and has a large terass surrounding most of the villa. You vill be able to enjoy our garden, small private beach and pontoon. The area surrounding the house has three dining areas suitable for wonderful breakfast or evening dinners. You are most welcome to enjoy all of Swedens four seasons at its best. Stockholm is also available (approx. 20 minutes away) with public transport!

Välkommen till torpet som det kallas, original boningshuset på vår lilla gård som uppfördes på 1800-talet. Här bor man med hästar och höns som grannar 15 min från sthlm City med bil. Väggarna viskar om historier från en svunnen tid. Här njuter man av gårdens charm utan att göra avkall på några bekvämligheter. Torpet är på 130 kvm och det finns två separat sovrum. Detta är inte ute på landet utan en citynära gård som erbjuder tillgänglighet men djur och natur bakom knuten!
