The house on two levels is located on a quiet dead-end street only 50 meters from the water. 3-4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, open kitchen. Balcony with afternoon and evening sun. Smaller garden with trampoline, play kiosk and soccer goal. Parking space. Walking distance to nice beach (Kumlabadet), smaller city center with grocery stores and restaurant.

Spacious house with pool, wood-fired sauna and hot tub, sunroom and lake view. The lake downhill from the house has nice cliffs and diving towers. Five bedrooms with four double beds, a 120 cm bed, sofa bed in the living room. Small house with double bed, stargazing tent 19 sqm with five beds. Suitable for events, corporate events or hanging out with friends :-) Everyone who will be in the house must be included in the booking, there is no price difference whether you stay overnight or not. Bus 428 takes 30 minutes to Stockholm

Welcome to a unique and modern villa perfect for the larger party (up to 30 residents). Discover magical nature with four swimming lakes within a short walk. The completely private backyard has a natural pool and wood-fired hot tub for about 10 people. Enjoy the newly built sauna for 8-10 people. 8 parking spaces next to the house, which of course is fully equipped in every possible way. Allergy: Dog/cat allowed. Our outdoor cat will stay unless you have notified us otherwise (requires nothing from you as a guest).

Single-storey house with basement measuring about 130 sqm (80 sqm living space). The house has a hall, a large and a small bathroom, two bedrooms with room for 5 people, living room with sofa bed and dining room.

Welcome to our beautiful likeside villa just by Drevviken in the suburb of Stockholm. The villa is 67 square meters and has a large terass surrounding most of the villa. You vill be able to enjoy our garden, small private beach and pontoon. The area surrounding the house has three dining areas suitable for wonderful breakfast or evening dinners. You are most welcome to enjoy all of Swedens four seasons at its best. Stockholm is also available (approx. 20 minutes away) with public transport!

The villa is located in a peaceful and scenic area of Tyresö Strand. There are many lakes, sea and nature reserves next to the house that offer swimming, hiking trails, berry and mushroom picking. Nearby is an organic farm with cafe, Tyresö Castle and a golf course. On foot, there is a grocery store, café, and library and a little bit away from Tyresö center with a larger selection of shops. By bus, you can easily get into central Stockholm in about 25 minutes. Welcome!
