Adjacent to the area is an 18+12 hole golf course with a large restaurant & bar. You will also find pizzeria and barbecue within walking distance. The house has an open and airy upstairs with all the amenities needed for nice togetherness. You have access to a sauna and ping pong table.

Summer Cottage by the Sea

You wake up in the morning to birds song and perhaps you are lucky to see a deer passing outside the window. Only a 3 minute stroll down the street you land at the most picturesque little marina and beach where you can have your morning coffee and a morning swim in the ocean. Our family runs the kiosk by the beach where we serve great coffee ☕️ a variety of toasts 🥪 a great chorizo 🌭 and more and of course Ice cream 🍦 8-10 in the morning you can buy fresh 🥖🥐 in the park by the kiosk as well!

Elfvik nature reserve also starts right around the corner. Located less than an hour from Stockholm City and conveniently available by public transport (bus 434 from Slussen). Enjoy our large garden, go swimming, or walk by the lake or the sea. For colder days we have both a sauna and a fireplace. Isolated and heated. Equipped with water for all amenities. Great base spot to reach several sections of the Stockholm Archipelago Trail.

Possible with up to 6 people. 2 guests in the RED lakehouse and 4 people in the new BLACK house 20 meters from lake.

Cinema, pool table, sauna, 4 bedrooms ( 2 double bedrooms, 1 single and 1 bunk beds) 30 mins bus to Stockholm centre. 5 mins to beaches, skiing, cafes, shops, hiking. The location to explore Stockholm and the Stockholm archipelago. If you want city life, Söder is good. For nature, Värmdö is good. Here in Nacka is a bit of both. No music outside. No parties. This is a quiet street with neighbours.
