Single-story house with basement measuring about 130 km2 (80 km2 biarea). The house has a hall, a large and a small bathroom, two bedrooms with room for 5 people, living room with sofa bed and dining area.

Huset ligger nära stan, universitetet, KTH, Karolinska, Kista, Solna, Sundbyberg, Täby, Lidingö. Ön är 3 km i omkrets, har 200 hushåll, 400 invånare. Roddbåt finns att låna för att ro övers sundet

Accommodation at lovely Tyresöreservatet. 100 meters to Långsjön where you can have a cozy picnic and watch the sun go down. Swim by cliffs. We have 2 canoes that you can borrow. Lovely nature but still close to town. There are also bicycles to rent for 50 SEK/day About 1 hour with a car from Arlanda . City about 25 minutes. It is not permitted to have a party or friends over. Age limit is 25 years old.
