We felt very comfortable in Hanni's color barn. The place was just as described - quiet & perfect for relaxing. Hanni was always available & especially the free bike rental pleased us very much, as we could easily & quickly explore the city. Hanni was always available for questions & otherwise we always had a nice conversation with her and her family. We will be happy to come back!!

It was nice again with Susanne on the farm, for the third time again. The cozy cottage has stunning views of Hochosterwitz Castle. There is a large lawn in front of the door with small swimming pond and children's playground. Quiet, friendly and rustic, we'll probably come back.

We were greeted very warmly by the neighbor and felt right at home. For a quiet holiday with a dog, the Airbnb is perfect! There was everything you need and if something is missing, there is plenty of shopping nearby. We'd love to come back anytime!

Spacious apartment, comfortable beds. Everything important is available. Also hair dryer, dishwasher tabs, washing machine and dryer.

We were in the Nutshell for an extended weekend and it was really good for us! From the beginning, we felt super comfortable and welcome! We were even prepared for a small welcome package of homemade pumpkin seed oil, apples, and chocolate. The best surprise was that we were able to move into the adjoining bedroom because no one booked the place next door. We were incredibly pleased :) The place is really nice, you can tell how much love and energy has been put into the decor! Everything very well thought out. Especially the light for a pleasant evening vibe We would highly recommend the recreation cottage and especially the Nutshell and will definitely visit again, maybe even with a larger group :) Thank you so much for a relaxing weekend! :)

Our vacation was just great! The house was beautiful, well equipped and in a very nice location. The service was first-class – always friendly, helpful and attentive without being intrusive. Special thanks and greetings to Katharina's parents. The communal barbecue was a nice communal exchange. Without asking, we received an extra room due to our group size. Thus, everyone had their own bed and some privacy. We felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. The combination of comfort, service and the beautiful surroundings made this vacation a very nice experience. A clear recommendation, also as a group!

Overall this was easily one of the best stays we've had the privilege of partaking in. The host is an 11/10. Absolutely everything was perfectly labeled, explained, and functional. The owners really went the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. The place exceeds the expectations of the photos and one feels the obvious attention to detail in every item. From the furniture, the functionality of amenities, the quality of the building, everything had it's place and offered great place to retreat and recharge. The items (e.g. the books on display) also have life and are not just any item to fill space. A lot of thought was put into this place and you can feel it. Perfect spot to unwind, "private spa" is a great little oasis, rain or shine. (A hidden highlight here is that the sauna even has a built in media-player.) Thank you, we recommended this place highly to friends! P.S.: Sigi's record collection is awesome, we spent the weekend discovering gems and listing to the classics.

- very cozy and quiet accommodation surrounded by nature - Samy is very hospitable and helpful - highly recommended if you want to relax in the countryside for a few days - beautiful cycling tours in the area are very possible - It takes about half an hour by car to get to Graz and the Zotter chocolate factory

Apartment ideally located for skiing on the Warth -Schrocken estate - ski-in/ski-out via a shuttle located in front of the chalet - first top-local ski top resort with boot warmer -avons appreciated the area - sunny stay and extra snow - very pleasant apartment and very responsive host

It was great experience . The hot tub makes a difference to the space and the area ,especially if the weather is not good . It has animals and a playground around that is the joy for the kids . It was beautiful .

We had a fantastic weekend at this beautiful property. We felt completely comfortable and are sure that we were not on site for the last time! Absolutely recommended!
