Die Südwest-Lage ist Ausgangspunkt für herrliche Bergwanderungen in der Silberregion Karwendel oder für Skitouren in das legendäre Gebiet um den Gilfert im Westen des Zillertals.

The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

Unsere Hütte ist bestens geeignet für 2 bis 4 Personen. Strom + Wasser vorhanden.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt auf einem kleinen Plateau auf 1098 Meter auf der Sonnenseite des Zillertals. Super Aussicht ins Zillertal. Das ganze Hause wurde 2010 neu gebaut. Ruhige Lage, Bauernhof mit Ziegen, Alpacas, Spielplatz, viele Wanderwege, Fahrrad fahren oder einfach nur die schöne Aussicht genießen. Im Winter Teller rutschen, Rodeln, Touren gehen, Schneeschuhwanderungen. Wir haben über 50 Bienenvölker auf unseren Ländereien, sowie viele Imkereiprodukte mit Verkostung.

Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. This quiet apartment with its modern kitchen, a cosy living room and its beautiful view is perfect to spend a relaxing holiday.
