An architecturally sleek, light-filled apartment surrounded by meadows, woodland and mountains – modern, stylish and deliberately minimalist. Here, you'll be staying surrounded by nature, with maximum privacy and mountain views. In the garden, there is a wooden sauna with a sweeping view over the deer enclosure and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is located on a small organic farm, which I run according to permaculture principles. In the meadows, there are deer, chickens, bees, cats and a fish pond.

The swimming pool with its natural lake and the tennis courts are just a 5-minute walk away. Within a 15 km radius, you'll find 5 golf courses, and the area is ideal for biking, even with kids. The town center with its restaurants is nearby, offering a true holiday atmosphere. Kitzbühel is only 5 km away.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Losenbauerhütte is located at an altitude of 1,650 m, in the middle of the beautiful Tauplitzalm, the largest lake plateau in Central Europe. It originally dates back to 1503 and was completely renovated with much love in 2008. It is luxuriously equipped: gas central heating, underfloor heating on the first floor, sauna, very cozy, spacious kitchen-living room with tiled stove, 2 large bedrooms with open fireplace and a large terrace.

You can really escape from everyday life here. This peaceful accommodation provides the perfect opportunity for the whole family to relax and unwind. The cottage is located right by the swimming pond, which you are, of course, welcome to use for swimming. The facility is located right next to a forest, through which a pleasantly cool river flows. Just a two-minute walk away is an even larger wood, which is perfect for relaxing walks with children and dogs.

Welcome to Scharferl! Two cosy wooden cabins connected by a covered terrace. In the living cabin, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room. The separate sleeping cabin has a large double bed and a private balcony with a view of the countryside. A stream flows right by the house, with its own access.
