The Hochoetz ski resort, connected to the Kühtai resort, is 2 km away, Sölden can be reached in 30 minutes or you can use the free ski bus in front of the building. Live in the König's (King's) neighborhood. In 15 minutes, you can walk to Hohenschwangau, as a starting point to Neuschwanstein Castle and Hohenschwangau Castle. In 5 minutes you can reach Schwangau, the village of the royal castles with the castle brewery that spoils you with Bavarian specialties. The historic old town of Füssen with many restaurants, shops, supermarket can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Arrival via the A7, exit Füssen, keep following the signs "Königschlösser"

We are located in Längenfeld directly opposite the Ötztal bakery and close to Tyrol's AQUA DOME spa. On the lower floors there's an Intersport Glanzer that stocks everything sporty types desire. The sunnige (Ötztal dialect for sunny) suite is 84 m² and has a roof terrace with a free-standing outdoor bathtub and a south-facing balcony.

You can reach the ski stadium, the Partnach Gorge and the Eckbauerbahn in about 10-15 minutes' walk. The balcony offers magnificent views of the mountains. The center of Garmisch, as well as the center of Partenkirchen, can be reached in 10 to 15 minutes on foot.
