Familien-Skilift und Loipen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Skigebiet Garmisch liegt 15 Autominuten entfernt. Außerdem in der Nähe: Eibsee, Partnachklamm und Zugspitze

The 40 sqm apartment with 10 sqm balcony is located in a residential complex, which is about 800 m from Lake Weissensee and 10 km from the Breitenberg cable car. The surroundings are therefore perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking and cycling. In the basement there is a swimming pool and a sauna, which can be reached via a basement corridor. Outside there is a barbecue area, a tennis court, and a mini-golf course. Important: In November, the pool & sauna are usually closed for maintenance.

There is comfortable space for 4 guests in a double bed and on a double sofa bed. The terrace with garden area invites you to sunbathe, chill and barbecue at any time. Our guests enjoy pure nature right on the Jakobsweg with wonderful cultural landscape, huge forest area and great mountain panorama.

The apartment is located in the middle of Telfs right next to the church (for those who have been to Telfs before), one street further you will find the new meeting zone of Telfs. There you will find restaurants, clothing shops, tobacco shops etc. At the end of the meeting zone is the shopping centre '‘ Intalcenter ‘‘ and directly behind it the newly built swimming pool (with sauna relaxation etc.). The apartment itself is fully equipped with everything you need :).

The approx. 40 sqm attic apartment was renovated in 21/22 and lovingly furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, towels, soap and hair dryer. Free internet access is available. The TV is connected to the Internet. Everything you need is easily accessible on foot in the immediate vicinity.

A Finnish sauna, relaxation rooms and a sunbathing lawn are also available for shared use.

Das Haus Alpenflora liegt ruhig, ist aber dennoch zentral gelegen. 5 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof oder zum Supermarkt ebenso erreichst du die Bergbahnen in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Im Sommer sind Wander- und Spazierwege in unmittelbarer Nähe gelegen.
