Nydelig utsikt og beliggenhet i en rolig og idyllisk bygd i Nedstrands-fjorden med dens flotte strender og skjærgård og grønnkledde frodige fjell. Boligen holder høy standard og er komfortabel med unike detaljer og spennende løsninger. Området rundt boligen er Naturtomt med flere sitteplasser. Vi har Standup paddleboards (SUP) som kan lånes gratis. Det er elbillader, hengekøye, bålpanne, spiseplasser, vedfyrt pizzaovn og grill i hagen.

Gården ligger ca 2,5 km fra sjø med badestrand og fiskemuligheter, og ca 2,5 km fra butikk og bensinstasjon. Det er eget fiskevann på eiendommen og gammel jegerhytte, 2,5 km fra huset. Huset består av boenhet med 5/6 senger(3 rom). I tillegg er det en egen liten ettromsleilighet som også er utleid på AirBnB (for 2 personer)
