The space is very good! It was very clean, comfortable and very complete in relation to utensils!

quiet place and easy to access. Extremely quiet residential building. Bakery, pharmacy and supermarket on the street.

It was all perfect, Mônica was a very attentive and kind host, the apartment is impeccable, well organized, clean and smelling bed and bath linens, I had no problem with anything. Is in the Top 1 , the best Airbnb I've ever stayed. I'll come back more often.

The stay was great, the place was very complete, clean and comfortable, being very well located. When I needed to talk to André he answered super fast and solved what I needed, always serving us very well. We'll be back next time we go to Uberlândia!

The apartment is perfect, very clean and organized. There is a lot of things, enough utensils, I just missed a cutting board, needing to use the dishes to do this and sometimes I was afraid to break it. Other than that, I only had trouble getting in, because the keys I was delivered did not have the one that opened the entrance gate. We stayed from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. trying to talk to the host, until after we spoke to the Airbnb center, one of them answered us and provided the necessary assistance. The bad thing about this is that we had to pay for a room in another hotel because we had already given up talking to them and we just wanted a bath and sleep, and only after that we responded. So we had an extra cost that was not foreseen and unfortunately we will have no return of that amount in any way. Outside this process and headache as soon as we arrived from the trip, the stay was very good. OBS: The internet was falling off a lot and didn't upload even YouTube video at times.

Apt with full kitchen, microwave, excellent stove. washing machine. has no air-conditioning but has humidifier and fan. good shower, large quantity although when fully connected does not keep the water very hot. me as nothing gets in the way. apt is on the second floor with few stairs. spacious garage but uncovered, 24hrs concierge.

The experience was great! Leonardo very helpful, communicative, polite all the time available if we had any questions! The apartment is impeccable, all clean, smelling, bedding, lockers with some hangers. Well located, near the Pátio do Sabia which has bakery, pharmacy and restaurants, close to the Shopping Center, everything is well accessible. Too much worth the stay, I indicate with my eyes closed.

Complete and ideal space for those arriving or passing through Uberlândia.

Very nice room, as in the photos and description. The building is very new and the common accommodation is very good. The gym is good for those who like to train and the pool is very clean as well. I would host again without a doubt.
