Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Nest Cabin in the Mountains

The holiday home “Baita Nido tra i Monti” is located 1290 m above sea level in the the municipality of Valdaone and can be reached by car from the village of Roncone. The property, which stretches over 2 floors, consists of a living room with a sofa, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed), a loft with a double bed as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate up to 6 people. Additional amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, a tennis table and a television.

Der Pilathof liegt abgelegen und mitten in der Natur und ist nur mit einem Geländewagen (ca. 8 Minuten Fahrt von St.Ulrich) oder in 40 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Shuttleservice steht zu Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist sehr geeignet für Naturliebhaber. Eine Privatsauna steht zu Verfügung.
