At the same time, you are only about 600 m away from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

An ideal retreat for families who want to enjoy peace, nature and sea air. The apartment can accommodate 4 people; in addition, a children's travel cot can be provided. The direct access to the garden and the sunny terrace invite you to linger – especially in summer a highlight.

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². The studio apartment is located next to the Spa Park leading to the seaside promenade. Close to the boulevard on the Świna River and the ferry crossing. The city center with shops, cafes and restaurants is nearby. Guests have access to a kitchen with a microwave, fridge and stove. Bed linen and towels are provided. Guests can use the underground parking for an additional fee.

Vacation bungalow on Usedom

The winter-proof bungalow can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The farm has the cats Minky and Moppel. Breakfast is NOT included. The accommodation is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE. It is NOT rented to dog owners. The house and property are not suitable for toddlers as there is a small garden pond near the cottage.
