This beautiful wooden home features a large private terrace, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, and oven, a cozy seating area in an open-plan living and kitchen space, and a bedroom with a box spring bed. The tiny house is not suitable for holidays with your dog.

Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

The country house on the Achtwasser is a real luxury vacation home: The exclusive thatched half-timbered house in ecological clay construction with idyllic water views is located in the middle of the Usedom Nature Park. The interior shows attention to detail and is not only cozy, but also comfortable and practical. The house is ideal for groups of up to 12 people and families with children. On the property, there is also a large sauna for up to 8 people with great garden views.

This completely ground level apartment, located only 50 meters from the beach, has a size of 52 sqm. It has 1 bedroom with a spacious double bed. With a possible extra bed in the bedroom, it can accommodate 2 adults+2 children. The living area with a comfortable couch is adjacent to the high-quality, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The bed has a size of 180x200 cm. A spacious terrace completes this apartment.

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).

The open, custom-made and fully equipped kitchen with dining area adjoins the cozy living area, where you can make yourself comfortable on the cozy couch. The bathroom features fine tile and a large walk-in shower. The double bed has a size of 180 x 200 cm.
