Der Bungalow ist freistehend und mit einer eigenen Terrasse ausgestattet. Er befindet sich in ruhiger Lage auf einem großen familienfreundlichen Gelände. Er wurde kürzlich saniert und bietet u.a. eine neue Küchenzeile, ein modernes Bad, 1 Doppelbett und 2 Einzelbetten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bahnhof und Strand sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Bettwäsche kann kostenpflichtig dazu gebucht werden. Die ortsübliche Kurtaxe ist nicht im Preis enthalten. Strom wird separat abgerechnet (0,50 €/kWh).

In the Baltic Sea resort of Koserow, a tourist tax is payable for adults and children from 6 years (from 01.01-31.03 = €3.05, from 04/01 to 10/31 = €3.65 and from 11/01 to 12/31 daily! €3.25 (you travel free of charge with the UBB and there are free concerts/events; the town maintains the beach and much more.)

The surroundings can be explored in peace on the bike paths. The bungalow has a bedroom with sofa bed, a 2nd bedroom with double bed, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the lake.

The winter-resistant bungalow can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The farm has the cats Minky and Moppel. Breakfast is NOT included. The neighborhood is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE. It is NOT rented to dog owners. The house and property are not suitable for infants as there is a small garden pond near the cottage.
