The studio apartment "Bungalow", which is situated in Gager, overlooks the nearby mountain. The 40 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. The studio apartment boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace and a barbecue. The property also has access to a shared garden. The property is located just 500 m from a small grocery shop and a bus stop.

Located directly by the Friedensberg spa gardens, quiet and idyllic. The main beach with a dog beach, numerous restaurants and the Treppenbäcker are in the immediate vicinity. It is only 150 meters to the children's playground. The EDEKA supermarket is 1.3 km away. Aldi & Co can be reached in a few minutes by car, or you can use the Bäderbahn, which is free with the spa card. Our cosy holiday home in Koserow on the sunny island of Usedom is the ideal place for relaxing holidays by the Baltic Sea. The sunny terrace with a beach chair invites you to have breakfast, relax and linger. Of course, free Wi-Fi and free parking for one car are available to you. Shops, bakeries, restaurants and coffee shops are in the immediate vicinity. The Baltic Sea, with its fine sandy beach, is easily reached after about 950 m.

From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the lake .

The winter-proof bungalow can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The farm has the cats Minky and Moppel. Breakfast is NOT included. The accommodation is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE. It is NOT rented to dog owners. The house and property are not suitable for toddlers as there is a small garden pond near the cottage.
