The stay felt homely and the host was very responsive. Mr. Kailash, the caretaker of the property, was also helpful in guiding us to reach the location as we arrived quite late in the night and the road towards the end was steep and narrow.

Firstly, the property has simply the best view of Bhimtal Lake. It's a beautiful place where you can spend time with your loved ones. The rooms also are facing the lake . The host is very helpful and friendly. It felt like home. As I am a local here I visit different properties but the Pencil House is one of the best property that I have been to in Bhimtal. Definately would recommend people to experience the beauty of this property but would also request the visitors to keep the place clean. Thank you Chitra Ji for the lovely stay ❤️

We were a group of 9, with 4 senior citizens and a 1 year old and I can't be happier that I chose Peeyoli, the Himalayan blossom for our stay near Bhimtal. The location has a beautiful Mountain View and is very close to the Naukuchhiyatal. The approach was a bit tricky but the caretaker met us near the lake and drove with us to guide us to the destination. Brigadier Balwant Singh was available and responded to all my queries before and during the trip and went beyond his way to provide recommendations to ensure we have a memorable experience. He arranged for a cook for us (on additional charges) which was totally worth it considering the varied age groups we were travelling with. The house was well maintained with all amenities as mentioned. The in-house staff was particularly friendly (Hem ji, Shyam ji), offered help with my son's birthday preparations, cooked special meal for dinner and even sent a surprise bday cake which made us all feel special :) Highly Recommended! ♥️

The stay was amazing the host were very supportive food was delicious and the views there is a calmness in this place peace you can walk freely , Higly recommend the property if you want something peaceful beautiful no crowd go for this without any second thought.

This is a great place to stay with your family. The location is great, the ambience was quite superb, the views from the windows were amazing - all together it was a great stay. The care takers Bhagwan Das and his wife were very much cooperative and we got a complete homely feel.

I had a fantastic experience at the homestay. The apartment was spotless and with a perfect blend of comfort and peace. The location was ideal—nestled in a quiet, charming neighborhood. Aditi was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had all the information I needed before and during my stay. The check-in process was super easy, and they even checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Househelp service was also top notch. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend!

Took my parents out after a long time. We loved our stay there especially the private garden area, pretty well maintained with a lovely view! Location was also prime, we wanted to visit primarily Kainchi Dham & Golu devta, both were pretty close. There are also a lot of premium cafés to eat and enjoy your evenings at. Even if you want to eat local and simple food, Sattal is nearby having a lot of local joints to eat from. All in all we loved mostly everything about this property! :)

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, Shatakshi and her family was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. It was clear that they genuinely cared about my experience and were always available to help, whether it was offering local recommendations, answering questions, or just checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. The host's polite and respectful manner really stood out and made me feel right at home. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly enhanced my stay. It’s not often you come across someone so kind and committed to providing a great experience for their guests. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better host. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property in bhimtal, and it was a truly amazing experience. The property is perfectly located, offering breathtaking views of the lake and surroundings, which added great value to our trip. The staff was extremely courteous, especially Mr Gaurav Negi, and he was attentive to our needs all the time even at 11 pm, we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with all amenities, making it a perfect blend. Food quality was great too. Overall, Gaurav provided us with a memorable stay in Nainital. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for all in one.

Had an amazing stay at the Apartment by Roamhome in Naukuchiatal! The place is perfect for a getaway with friends – spacious, clean, and surrounded by serene nature. One of the highlights of our trip was the barbecue setup – we spent the evening grilling, laughing, and enjoying the cool mountain air. It really made the whole experience feel personal and fun. The apartment had all the essentials, plus cozy vibes that made it feel like a home away from home. Loved Aman's place. It feels like you're staying at your own house. Very clean and comfortable for a family of 4. The host is very helpful and very responsive of all your needs and requirements. The location is also very pretty and peaceful.

The place is well maintained homelike. The surrounding is very peaceful, with a flowery garden. Host is very polite and helpful. Pet friendly, and good place for pets to chill in secured area. The home served food is very authentic, with a few good cafes nearby if needed. Overall great stay, for my pet Muchos(cat) too.

This stay was beyond our imagination for we a group of 4 traveling together. So there's a list of things that helped cater our holiday in it's best. First the apartment is Huge, in a safe building with guard present 24×7, perfectly located between Naukuchiatal and Bhimtal, away from all the annoying noises at the same time, perfect to enjoy the tranquility. The building has ample space for the car to be parked safe, it even has a well kept lawn. The house is exceptionally decorated kinda colonial, in its first glance it looked Rich, spotless, Big TV with a super broadband, Big and clean washrooms, perfect wifi speed, kitchen well stocked, checklisted with all the amenities, Sleep quality awesome, and in particular I am fallen in love with the central chandelier in living room. Reeta is an amazing host, very humble and didn't leave a stone unturned to let us feel home during our 2 nights stay. God bless.. I am coming back !!
