Apartment holiday rentals in Ulm

Had a lovely stay at Udo’s apartment. We are two adults with two late teen boys and found the apartment suited us perfectly. Very comfortable, clean accommodation with lots of amenities. Well located very near to the lake side with swimming pool, restaurants etc. Also walking distance to very nice lakeside bar. Host was extremely helpful and communicative. Would have no hesitation recommending this accommodation for a family vacation.

The apartment is very large and spacious, great amenities. The kitchen is also well stocked. Gabriela was very friendly and took care of everything! Absolute recommendation.

Andreas’s house is very pleasant! We find everything to cook. There is a parking garage. WiFi is good. The rooms, bed and mattress are good! Bathroom is good and shower is very good too.

The Airbnb was exactly what we expected. The hostess was friendly and provided everything we needed. It was a very nice stay.

The apartment is centrally located and the possibility for bus and train can be reached quickly. For an extended weekend, it was just the right choice.

Isolde is a very warm host who is always available for concerns. The apartment is in a very quiet area, great for relaxing. Beautiful hikes are right at your doorstep and Lake Constance is also not far away.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The location is extremely convenient. You are both quickly on Lake Constance (on foot) and in the city (by bus 10 min). Katja was friendly and accommodating. We will be happy to return.

Chrissy and Thomas are two real people who made me feel super comfortable right from the start. The arrival was delayed by many hours thanks to snowfall, but for Chrissy and Thomas it was not a problem at all and her main concern was that I arrive safely, no matter what time it will be. My entire stay was super uncomplicated - I could use the super clean bathroom and the perfectly equipped kitchen at any time and was always offered help. The room I had to myself was perfect for me. The bed was so comfortable and I was able to recover from the daily excursions at dinner in front of the TV. I would come back anytime if I'm in this area again!

Great value for money a few minutes from the lake of constancy by car. Quiet, peaceful place. Ingrid gave us all the instructions and listened to our needs. If you want to relax for a few days and feel at home, this is the place to be. The vacation home is well thought out from the smallest detail. It is cozy, homely and clean. The garden offers many opportunities to relax, whether you want to lie in the garden, relax in the sauna or end the day in the hot tub, all this is possible. The two landlords were very friendly and likeable, so we felt right at home. Would definitely book again if we want to go to Lake Constance.

Stephan and his family were excellent hosts and very kind and helpful. The property is lovely and was within a beautiful garden with a lovely pool. The town itself is really nice and there’s loads to do and good places to eat. We loved our stay here and didn’t want to leave.
