Holiday rentals with a sauna in Ulten

I think this was one of the best Airbnb's we have ever stayed at. The apartment was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and had beautiful views. The beds, pillows and linen were all great. The sauna and the hot tub were fantastic after a day of skiing. Robert was a fantastic host - very communicative and thoughtful in the welcome drinks and snacks as well as the very comprehensive guide book for the area. We would definitely try to book again the next time we are in this area.

A lovely quiet location by the ski bus. The hosts were great, available and accommodating. The place had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. The star of the place was the sauna!

Everything was perfect! Thank you so much for the warm welcome of Sovara Residence! Warm, clean and cosy rooms, complete kitchen, large beautiful terrace with stunning views of the mountains and green expanses. The bath, sauna, hammam we also really liked, especially the relaxation area. You can order fresh bread and rolls to your room for the morning. There is also an indoor garage, souvenir shop, breakfasts. The hostess was very friendly and helped with all our questions. We really enjoyed everything, would recommend it to everyone!

Perfect apartment! The only drawbacks are the "affiliated" paid parking with the hotel at €37 per day. The parking lot also has 3 charging stations for electric cars, too bad, that the places were always occupied by non-electric cars

Very nice apartment, tastefully furnished, clean, very close to the Pinzolo ski lifts, very equipped and warm, Morena is very kind and super responsive, the area was very well served, we had a really good time, the cherry on top is the private relaxation area, a space where you can relax after a nice skiing, thank you!

An incredibly great place to stay. Super equipped kitchen, very nicely furnished and plenty of space. The highlight is the sauna on the large roof terrace. The location is ideal, there is an underground parking space, a supermarket in the house and a bakery across the street. Restaurants and the market (takes place on Saturdays) is in walking distance. The contact was very friendly and relaxed and they responded quickly. All in all, I highly recommend the place.

Pros: lifts; possibility of internal parking; well equipped, clean and tidy apartment; great access to the slopes (back exit about 10 steps from the apartment); balcony with amazing views Cons: mainly soft mattresses and grates in the beds (very uncomfortable), we had to end up putting mattresses on the floor; missing wifi; it would be good to have socket adapters right in the apartment; lowered ceiling in the sleeping area, but for sleeping enough, and Fulvia states this in the apartment description

The place is super nice and very clean. The backdrop and outdoor area are beautiful, you have a large pool with enough moorings, a hot tub & sauna for your own use. Fabio is very nice and helpful! In 10 minutes by car you are in Riva del Garda, so you have the proximity to the city and lake but still live in nature and quiet. We had our dog with us, it was great for him too! Great recommendation, we will be back! ☀️

We had a great time staying at this apartment and would love to come back next year. The apartment and amenities as well as the neighbors are great. We thank the landlords for a lot of helpful information and good communication.

We had a very good week in Regula and Yvonne's apartment. When we arrived, it was a bit cold, but by turning on the heating it then (slowly) warmed up. The apartment is very nice, practically furnished, has everything you need. Also that it has 2 parking spaces is awesome (1 underground parking, 1 outdoor parking space), so we could still enjoy the sun on the day of departure and leave in the early afternoon. Check-in was easy thanks to the key box. (We were a little lost when we wanted to enter the house through the underground garage - had tried 4 elevators until we found the apartment again :-) - would have been better to unload everything from the house entrance and transport it up ...). The (ski) bus runs right outside the front door, Coop and Bogn Engadina are within walking distance - great location, very quiet. Communication with landlords was very straightforward and friendly, responded very quickly, resp. pre-informed. Thanks for the gift! The apartment is really recommended!

Check-in was very flexible. The host took enough time to show off the entire facility. You can use the great, large indoor playground. There is also an indoor swimming pool with slide and an associated sauna! A gym is also included! The apartment has a lot of storage space. The kitchen is modern, the bathroom tip-top. In addition, you have a great view of the mountains from the balcony!

We had a great time staying here. My wife and I got married in the Dolomite mountains and loved staying in this airbnb, great amenities and a very responsive and kind host. Do not hesitate to book here, the location is also very ideal and peaceful.

The apartment is an excellent starting point for the Val di Fassa and further on to the Sellaronda. The ski bus stops just 100 meters away. The apartment is located on the main road, shops and cafes in the immediate vicinity. There is a simple ski room available. A highlight is the breakfast, which Daniela brings directly to the door in the morning as desired. The apartment is meticulously clean, well equipped. Very chic bathroom and a nice infrared heat cabin. The kitchen is functionally equipped. Very comfortable bed. Daniela is a lovely hostess, helpful and very friendly. We felt very welcome.

We had a wonderful stay the house was cozy, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained, with stunning views all around. Waltraud was incredibly helpful and responsive, making the experience even more enjoyable.

Renate is a great hostess. We were 8 adults and felt very comfortable in the house. The bedrooms are well laid out and the open kitchen with living room is well equipped and also offers a lot of cozy seating. For us, the hotpot and the outdoor sauna were also a highlight. We had a great stay in Schuls. Thank you Renate and the whole Bergbijou team.

We felt very comfortable in Paulina and Tobias' apartment. The two are super nice hosts. The apartment is modern and superbly equipped. Absolutely recommended!

Fully recommended sparkling clean beautiful house with great views and tasteful furnishings, nice and warm heatable, sufficient showers and toilets for many people, kitchen large and perfectly equipped, you can cook wonderfully for many people and even bake cakes, big dining table with enough space for everyone, laundry very clean, towels could be changed in the middle of the week, were greeted and personally welcomed and instructed upon arrival, we received very helpful tips for things to do in the area, bus stop within walking distance, from there buses run regularly to the ski resort and to Meran, cozy sauna with wood stove and beautiful views. All as described in the offer. We stayed there in January 2025 and had a wonderful and relaxing stay, thank you to the Gruber family

Our stay was truly unforgettable in a private and evocative context. We really appreciated the barbecue and the sauna, which made relaxation even better. In addition, the accommodation was in impeccable condition: clean and cared for in every detail.

We stayed at Annalisa’s apartment during our skiing holiday. Lifts to the ski slopes are a ~5 to 10 min drive away. Annalisa was an amazing host, responding quickly and clearly. She was always very kind and helpful. The apartment itself has everything you need and is very clean. There is even a sauna and washing machine available! She gave us amazing advice on restaurants too! We are very thankful for Annalisa’s beautiful apartment and kindness.
