The house includes an integrated kitchen, hall and living room overlooking the lake. In the house there is also 1 bedroom and 1 toilet. Wi-Fi is available. On the property, there is a separate sauna with shower and toilet. In the area, there are several beaches, barbecue areas and nice forest trails. In winter, there are ski trails on the lake and an ice hole for winter swimming. An idyllic place only about a 10-minute drive from Umeå.

Toilet with shower that also accommodates a combined washing machine and dryer. Comfortable full-size beds 80x200 cm and an extra bed spring mattress 80x200 cm, with mattress pad.

The cottage is located on our farm and has everything you can imagine needing such as a kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove, oven, kitchen fan, sink. Coffee maker and kettle as well as other equipment for cooking meals. Cozy TV corner with sofa bed and dining table with room for 5 people. Bed alcove with bed and wardrobe and a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, washing machine and drying cabinet. For those who wish, it is also possible to use a wood-fired sauna.

Öden's tree house Talltitan

This unique accommodation lets you sleep up among the birds. Enjoy the view from a tree house 6 metres up in a pine tree. Its 8-sided shape makes the house feel spacious. About half the area is a large bed with room for two adults and 2 children. Electricity is withdrawn, a small element provides heat well into the autumn. Toaster, hot plate and kettle are available as well as a water jug with tap. Below the cabin, there is a barbecue area for cooking. There is also an outdoor toilet with a water can, soap and a towel

Rurally located on Ön (an island in Umeälven) and within walking distance of both the airport and central Umeå, you will find this micro house on wheels. The house is fully equipped with all the amenities and you can choose if you want to buy breakfast or arrange it yourself in the nice kitchen. In summer, we have the open craft shop and garden cafe Eljest on the same farm. Large parking lot is about 50 meters from the house. There is an opportunity to charge your electric car at cost. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk).
