In summer, there are plenty of trails in the forest for running and mountain biking, as well as 2.5-10 km of illuminated trails, soccer fields directly from the yard, and 20 minutes of cycling to the beach.

Sleeping alcove with bed and wardrobe and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink, washing machine and drying cabinet. For those who wish, there is also the opportunity to use the wood-fired sauna.

In winter there are ski tracks on the lake and an ice guard for winter swimming . An idyll only about 10 minutes drive from Umeå.

Grocery store Sale open every day to 21.00 in Korsnäs 11 km south of Molpe. Arriving from north, S-Market Malax is the closest store. Pets allowed.

Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur.
