The cottage consists of a combined kitchen and living room with a fireplace and dining area overlooking the water. Toilet with shower. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and one has a bunk bed. Distance to Umeå is about 15 km. There is everything a city can offer, including adventure pools and playgrounds. Distance to a small grocery store is 3.5 km. The cottage is on the same property as the owners' house.
