Wood floors and ceilings and the woods you see through the windows give it the feeling of a cabin. The queen bed is in the loft and you must be able to use the stairs to get to it! Relax out in the woods! This is a one room cabin fully set up for a single guest. There is a double hot-eye burner for cooking. There is a coffee-maker and water boiler for tea. One twin bed and floor pad by request. Comes with WIFI, and usually around two to four bars of cell service depending on your carrier. There is a small hot water tank, so quick 5 minute showers. View of a nice yard and pond which sometimes has blue heron and wild ducks. The morning birds sound incredible.

Cozy up by the fireplace & enjoy quiet, dark nights, perfect for listening to the neighborhood owls. Our hope is that you leave feeling rested and refreshed.

Welcome to our cozy guesthouse ADU located in the walkout basement of our newly built home. A quiet & safe neighborhood with quick access to highways 405 and 520. You can easily explore nearby Bellevue, Kirkland and the greater Seattle area. Please note, our Airbnb is located beneath our kitchen. We want to be upfront & transparent about this to set accurate expectations. Our weekdays start at 6.30/7am and you may hear us walking in the kitchen if you're sensitive to noise.
