Sandi was very helpful and very responsive to emails. The place is very nice inside, the outside area is very nice and wooded. We really liked all the birds singing, it was very peaceful. Sandi never bothered us at all, she was very nice. The apartment has everything you need. would stay again, it is a very good value.

Good little farm house for a great value and price. Clean, warm, beds, hot shower, and a coffee pot, all we needed when coming to bair lake Bible camp for the weekend. Host responsive and very flexible. There is one pic with a bunk bed that is not there anymore. It’s a king bed instead. Also is right on M-60 and road noise is a factor for sleeping if that bothers you, didn’t bother us as we used fans and sound machine. We will probably be using this place again next year this time and will see about getting both houses for more of our guys to sleep at for the men’s retreat at bair lake. Thanks Buffy and Kevin.

The cabin might be tiny but it is mighty and has everything needed for a hassle free stay - a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable seating area, full bath, TV, Wi-Fi, a front porch overlooking horses at pasture and a few turkeys in the morning, and even wood and a lighter for the fire pit. Far enough from stores and restaurants to avoid constant traffic, but close enough to get there in less than 15 minutes. Barbara was caring and responsive without being intrusive and made sure I had what I needed. Beautiful and peaceful, a great little place to get away, whether to see the local sites, or just relax.

Loved our stay. Location was beautiful, with visits by two different species of geese, several species of ducks, and a pair of trumpeter swans. Accommodations were roomy, clean, and well cared for. I worked remotely two of our 8 days with no issues. WiFi speed was over 300mbps down, 80mbps up from kitchen table, and over double that in the living room. If we were ever to stay in the Elkhart area again, this would be the place.
