It can also accommodate up to 4 people, is about 55 m² and barrier-free. The Unsleben water castle, grocery stores and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity (about 100 m). With a distance of about 8 km to Bad Neustadt a.d. Saale and Mellrichstadt, the apartment is optimally connected by transport.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." Where previously the flour was ground for the estate of the Bundorfer Castle, today up to 12 guests can relax on 250 sqm in the elegant salon, the open kitchen with cozy breakfast room and 6 bedrooms. From your own garden, you can look out at the castle and its park.
