Due to the hillside location, the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Getting around with public transport is possible.

In addition, both the living room and one bedroom lead to the balcony with a great view of the Talsee. The flat has a large bathroom with shower/bathtub combination incl. shower panel, a beautiful, well-equipped fitted kitchen as well as 3 bedrooms and thus offers space for up to 5 people. The quiet retreat is designed for two people and has a cozy double bed, a seating area, storage space and a kitchen corner with a wash basin and refrigerator. Outside, a seating lounge invites you to relax. A dry separation toilet is located next to the barrel. Please note that there is no shower. Ideal for those who enjoy nature and want to relax!
