In short: secluded location, high-quality renovated, mountain view, quiet location, numerous hiking opportunities right away from the house, ski resort nearby. The house is located above St. Lorenzen in the Lesachtal, a mountain climbing village in the middle of the Carnic Alps and Lien Dolomites. Our old farmhouse, which was lovingly expanded and renovated in 2023, is located on the edge of the forest in a magnificent secluded location and is directly accessible by car. Due to the south-facing orientation, our guests enjoy sun from early to late.

Heidi's Home in the Dolomites

Large apartment on the second floor of a villa at an altitude of 1,500 meters with spectacular views of the Dolomites, suitable for large groups of up to 11 people. For groups of up to 7 people, I offer 2 rooms with amenities including linens, kitchen with dining area complete with dishes, bathroom with shower, panoramic balcony, laundry, parking space and Wi-Fi. The house is located on the road that leads to the Venice refuge under Mount Pelmo at the summit of 3,168 m. On clear days, you can see the Venice lagoon.

Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Mini house surrounded by greenery at the Valbruna mini golf. The cottage is the second on a small hill. Inside you will find a double bed, refrigerator, electric moka coffee pot, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee, snacks, bread for toast, and jams. In the bathroom, shower, sink, and toilet with built-in bidet. To reach the mini-golf, cross the village towards the rocky mountains and twenty meters before arriving on the road that leads to the valley on the left is the mini-golf signpost.

Cozy and romantic apartment of about 60 square meters. Composed of living area with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. About 10 minutes by car from Lake Cadore, 55 minutes from the Tre Cime di Lavaredo and for snow lovers, 17 minutes from the Auronzo ski area. Accommodation equipped with smart TV, Wi-Fi, and laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Ideal for a stay with the family, groups of friends and for all those who wish to experience the Dolomites in authenticity.

Apartment Lilly Lienz

Apartment Lilly is a two-bedroom holiday apartment with kitchen and dining room. Guests also have use of a private outside area in the garden and free parking is included. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot just 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk to the Lienz town centre and the Zettersfeld Ski lift. Families with children as well as couples will feel very much at home here. I'm happy to give holiday advice for any guests visiting in summer or winter.

A few minutes from Tre Cime di Lavaredo (UNESCO), trails of the Great War, ski resorts of Sappada, Padola and Sesto, saunas and swimming pools of Sesto and San Candido, and Lake Braies. Perfect for families and nature lovers.

Attic apartment almost entirely covered in antique wood and furnished in a traditional way, with a living area with a large sofa bed and smart TV, dining table, kitchen equipped with all the main appliances including oven and dishwasher. The apartment's strengths are the spacious east-facing balcony overlooking Santa Maddalena, where you can enjoy the morning sun over a nice breakfast, and the brand new private pinewood sauna.

A WARM WELCOME AT THE farm Binterhof in South Tyrol. Far away from everyday stress, in an idyllic location near the forest , lies our Binterhof. It is located at 1250 m in the mountains and the center of the village Colle is 1 km away. Here, where chickens cluck loudly mooing cows and children can enjoy the outdoors can be the true holiday relaxation.

Mountains, cows, Heidi-like scenes and fresh air: come to us to see what a typical Tyrolean farm is like. We are located in Schlaiten, a small village 12 km from Lienz (not to be mixed with Linz), at an elevation of 960 m (about 3,000 feet). The apartments are on the first floor of our house.
