Monthly Rentals in Upper Chichester

I had a very pleasant stay at Rick and Sue's home. I felt like at home. The location was very convenient. Super nice host, great amenities, comfortable bed. I highly recommend it! Next time I visit Wilmington I will book a stay if available. Thank you so much!

The house and hosts were amazing! They were very flexible with our check in time and were both easy to reach. The house and backyard are perfect and plenty spacious! Would definitely stay here again!

This apartment is great, clean, spacious, has everything you need. The bed is comfortable, everything one could need is available (extra towels, etc), and the kitchen is very well equiped. Lighting and heat are very good. I enjoyed staying here for 4 nights; my second stay but certainly not my last!

It's a perfectly lovely cottage, as seen in the photos. One big happy room with a comfy bed. We stayed for a weekend, and drove to Philly a couple times (40 minutes?), which was close enough. We also hiked a bit. You can walk right out of the house, right down the road, right into the nearby state park, and right into the adjacent arboretum. Which is altogether pretty cool. Could it possibly be better? Yes, the one drawback is that you're staying in someone's yard. But the house is pretty far back, and we did not meet our hosts, or anything like that. That is to say it felt very private. In short, it was absolutely 100% worth the price.
