This is not a professional rental but I welcome guests to share the cosiness of my home. It is completely refinished and newly decorated and in very good condition with a beautiful flower garden. It is ideally situated with easy access to the cultural attractions of the city and the mountains and beaches of New England. There is a lake at the end of the street and some nice walks in the neighborhood. Arlington Center is a 15 minute walk and has a good supply of restaurants, stores and cafes.

Private room, shared bath. The immaculate Interior of this classic craftsman has been lovingly restored. Bus stops are short walk. Bus is 15 mins. to Harvard Sq. Natural ponds nearby. NOTE: House Exterior is old, not yet restored. Fresh flowers, soft towels, high thread-count damask sheets. Lock on door. Simple breakfast: cereal, bread, fruit, coffee, tea, milk. Use of microwave & toaster. No oven/stove use. Note: It's 25 stairs to front door +14 stairs to 2nd fl bedrm. No Pets, No Smoking.

This English Basement apartment is located on the Mystic River, 10 minutes from Harvard University in Cambridge and 20 minutes from the City of Boston. Opposite Winfield Robbins Memorial Garden and Arlington hall, 1- 5 minutes walk to Whole Foods, Arlington Library, 2 bakeries, Kickstand Coffee, Starbucks, CVS. 77 Bus stop ONE MINUTE walk from front door takes you to Harvard etc. no fast walk to the Red line but buses one minute from the house that run regularly to alewife and porter. Third floor private 2bed/1bath with pull-out bed Sit in garden opposite with laptop or walk to Spy Pond, Menotomy Rocks Park or every type of restaurant.

Come stay in this recently renovated, very comfortable space situated in a quiet neighborhood across the street from the Brooks Estate woods, just outside of Boston. The house itself is a historical gothic cottage built in 1856 and is the 2nd oldest home in the area. The space is in a historic single family home and both the bedroom and bathroom are 100% PRIVATE and separated from the rest of the house with a private entrance. It's on the first floor so there are no stairs!
