A must stay location, eclectic decor with wonderful Alexa technology for lighting. Very warm and inviting. Perfect location, attentive and accommodating host. We would definitely book again. If you come, bring sheets and pillowcases. Only bottom sheet provided. Otherwise pillow shams and duvet covers only. Five stars all the way.

I had an absolutely perfect time, between relaxation and comfort. The hot tub and sauna were really the highlights of my stay, a true haven of peace in the heart of Rouen! The place is tastefully decorated, the atmosphere is soothing and intimate, and everything is perfectly thought out for well-being. I also really appreciated the little touches like quality products, bathrobes, and the comfort of the bedding. We feel that every detail has been carefully thought out. I recommend it 200% and would definitely stay again!

Sora was an excellent host! Very responsive and assisted with anything that was needed. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is even a supermarket next door which was perfect for an air bnb stay. The view if the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood also felt safe.

A charming loft, very well situated in a nice part of Paris. No noises from cars and some very nice restaurants near by. Ana is also a wonderful host, ready to help at any time and available for any recommendations.

the place was well arranged and very functional it was nice to stay there. It feels like home. The fridge and cupboards were filled with something to help us out (eggs, butter, orange juice, rice...) Be careful, this is what is considered "breakfast" (maybe its only defect if there should be one) The owners are very responsive to our feedback, warm and concerned about our home. If we have a chance, we will come back

I had a great stay at Ray’s place! The apartment was lovely and very close to the city center — super convenient. Ray was a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful. He gave me great local recommendations for small shops and restaurants nearby, and the food I tried was absolutely delicious! On the day of my early morning flight, he even came to pick me up and drove me to the airport — it only took about 10 minutes. I really appreciated his kindness and punctuality. Highly recommended!
