The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower. The village of St Julien le Faucon, with its shops, is 2 km away. 10 km to Livarot, 15 km to Lisieux, 40 km to Cabourg, Deauville and Trouville, 70 km to Omaha Beach.
