Large 20 m2 living room, bay window, equipped kitchen, master bedroom upstairs and small bedroom, hut type. Ideally located, very quiet, 5 min walk to the city center, 3 km to the sea. Along a bike path, a fishing trail, and at the crossroads of many hikes!

Small private terrace but also access to common fitness areas and spa. Parking in enclosed courtyard and lean-in for motorcycle and bike.

Welcome to our haven of peace. Bathed in light thanks to its canopy, you will quickly fall in love with this fully renovated caretaker's house. It is located in our garden. A small private terrace is reserved for you next to the house. Quiet and surrounded by nature, you will be close to the banks of the Oise and halfway between Pontoise and Auvers-sur-Oise. Between sea and countryside, the Callenville trailer, comfortable and warm, small room with an alcove bed: all the charm of a trailer! Closed car parking, vehicle needed to arrive. For lovers of walking and nature, it is possible to go down to Trouville (city center, beach, ...): it takes 20 to 30 minutes on foot.

A peaceful oasis in the middle of Parc du Perche

In the Perche Regional Park, next to La Perrière, we found our haven of peace and happiness, in perfect harmony with the beautiful nature of these places. The guest house is in the garden, just across the main house where we live all year round, surrounded by meadows, forest and Percheron horses.

Grand-Laviers Studio with indoor pool

We offer an independent studio in our main residence with access to our indoor swimming pool located near the ornithological park and the gates of the Bay of Somme (15 km). You can take the time to relax and come visit our beautiful region. You can access Saint Valéry by bike via the Somme Canal.
