Durch die Lage auf 800 m ü.d.M. ist es relativ schneesicher. Bei Schnee ist die Zufahrt direkt zum Haus nicht gewährleistet, je nach Straßenzustand muß 500m entfernt geparkt werden.

The Schloßberg is the starting point for beautiful hikes (Baumbilderweg, Hohenstein Castle, Rothenberg Fortress). The biker park offers challenges for cyclists. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer großen Wohnküche mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, gemütlicher Couch-Sitzecke und einer Ess-Ecke. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Morgensonne und 1,80m breitem Bett und ein schönes Bad mit Dusche und kleiner Badewanne ergänzen die Wohnung. Our place is absolutely quiet. In just a few steps you are in nature. It is ideal for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity are cross-country trails and the biathlon stadium with ski roller train and ski lift, sledding slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away.
