We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

This special place has its own style. Completely renovated with a fireplace, outdoor sauna house, and a pool from May. In the house there is a billiard table and a foosball table ready to make the evenings more exciting. 300 MB fiber optic high-speed Internet and a wallbox for charging the electric car are also a matter of course. The house is in a secluded location directly on the hiking and biking trails. Approximately 250 km of mountain bike trails are available. 2 swimming lakes in the immediate vicinity.

Es gibt in dieser Wohnung 2 separate Schlafzimmer mit 2 und 3 Betten. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine gemütliche Couch und ein TV. Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung. Wlan steht Ihnen kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Der Kühlschrank ist mit einer kleinen Auswahl von Getränken gefüllt die Sie laut Preisliste erwerben können.

The property is located a little off the beaten track at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

Our farm offers a 15 m natural swimming pond and is located in an absolutely secluded location at the edge of the nature reserve "Höllbachtal", between Regensburg, Cham and Straubing. We provide peace, beautiful nature, warm atmosphere and a very cozy ambience. Our two gallery apartments with fireplace and pine beds leave nothing to be desired. Leave your everyday life behind and enjoy the pleasant tranquility, the scent of wood, the soft light, and the crackling fireplace. Or relax in the private gym, the infrared sauna, or the garden whirlpool. The outdoor area is still under construction, therefore a special price applies for the time being.

The wooden vacation home is located on a 600 m² and lovingly designed property with plenty of space to relax and unwind for up to 6 people. Two terraces with awnings and cozy seating invite you to sunbathe or eat together. The highlights of the garden are a Jacuzzi with wood burning, a fire bowl and the rustic seating area in the countryside. The property has partial lake views - the swimming lake is about 3 minutes on foot.
