Historic, lovingly renovated, bright and quiet flat on two floors in Egloffstein castle. The flat can only be accessed via the idyllic courtyard. In the entrance area: dining room and kitchen. The cosy living room/bedroom has a wood-burning stove and leads to the battlements, high above the valley. The bedroom and bathroom, as well as 2 additional beds, are located on the upper floor. The flat is an ideal starting point for hiking, biking or climbing the rocks in the immediate vicinity.

The location near the edge of the forest offers the opportunity for extensive hikes and walks. Skiers will also get their money's worth at Hoher Bogen, Arber and Eck.

16 sqm coziness in friendly furnished bungalow for 2 people. Quiet location surrounded by greenery, adjacent to forest, meadows and fields! The kitchenette offers everything you need, as well as a sink, refrigerator, double induction cooker, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The cozy double bed (160m x 200m) has two dimmable bedside lamps and side shelves. Enough storage space is provided by two shelves, the space under the bed and numerous wall hooks.

The massive garden cottage is an independent small accommodation [approx. 19 sqm], close to nature in our garden behind our house, with toilet and sink for up to 3 people; no shower, no kitchen! Kettle, instant coffee and various teas available. Baby travel cot available on request. We rent two more guest rooms in the house. There is a guest bathroom. Hilpoltstein is a small town near the Rothsee in the Franconian Lake District.

The apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and invites you to relax and unwind in nature. The apartment is located directly on the bike/hiking trail (mostly level, flat routes right at your doorstep). It is 2.5 km to Ebermannstadt, the walk to the outdoor pool is 1000 m (3 km by car).
