Movie feeling in a terraced house with a beautiful garden

They can use the house without restriction. On the ground floor is the kitchen with extensive furnishings (microwave, kettle, oven, hot plates, coffee pad machine, refrigerator, cutlery, dishes, toaster, etc.) and dining table with space for 6 people, a living room with a large couch and projector (3 m wide), as well as the bathroom with shower, large mirror and washing machine. On the upper floor you will find 2 bedrooms with a double and single bed each (only for 4 or more people, otherwise 1 bedroom). The garden with lounge furniture (only in summer) can of course also be used without restriction. The Wi-Fi was subjected to an online test and declared "very fast." Parking is available in front of the house. (Free on the street)

Beautiful single room, with its own balcony, wardrobe, desk, couch, bed (100 x 200 cm), mini fridge in the room (very quiet), large bathroom (shower, toilet) for shared use, guest toilet, quietly located, 11 km from Deggendorf and THD, the nearest bus stop within walking distance, ideal as a starting point for excursions, about 30 km from Freyung-Grafenau National Park, parking directly at the house, rental for a longer period possible on request.

Our spacious 105 sqm house is in the immediate vicinity of the impressive festival hall and offers you a unique location to enjoy the cultural atmosphere of the historic city center and the opera house. The entire house is child-friendly and safely furnished.

The guest rooms and the shared bathroom are on the 1st floor. The billiard table in the hobby cellar (as soon as it is renovated) as well as the swimming pool and the terrace can also be used. We have a dog (poodle, 16 years old), but it has now become very quiet and cozy. By arrangement, the use of our kitchen and the use of the washing machine is also possible.
