We mainly used natural building materials such as clay plaster and oak parquet flooring during construction. They have 7 bedrooms, two bathrooms and two living areas with kitchen that are fully equipped. There is a wellness area available, featuring a hot tub, a terrace with sun loungers, and a sauna with panoramic windows.

Due to the quiet location and the large outdoor area, the house is well suited for families with children, but also for a group of friends, one or more couples.
