Monthly Rentals in Urbana

Beth and her house are great. Our family has stayed here multiple times and enjoy our stay every time. It’s better in the summer, personally, because the kids can run around outside. It’s been a true blessing to our family.

This Airbnb was phenomenal. The space was beautiful, the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was just right - not too firm yet still supportive. I loved how they supplied a variety of bed linens so we could find the right warmth level. Bath linens were plentiful and high quality. My only suggestions would be to add a second towel hook in the bathroom, a couple robe hooks in the bedroom (to hang your clothes) and maybe a small bistro-sized dining table. The WiFi was a little spotty sometimes but worked well most of the time. Overall this apartment was comfortable, spacious and close to everything. By far the best place to stay in Vinton and honestly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at, period. We will 100% be staying here in the future.

I stayed at this Airbnb for 3 months while in Cedar Rapids for work. I felt very safe here. The space was very well stocked with everything I needed for my stay. The bed is so comfortable!! Tim and Richard are extremely friendly and were very responsive whenever I needed anything. 10/10 recommend staying at this Airbnb.

Overall I would say our stay was great. it was convenient and had just about everything we needed! The composting toilet takes a bit to get used to but we did not mind it and honestly it was not a big deal. The host was super friendly and even though we had a hard time getting the lock box to work he helped us out and gave us our space. My only complaints would be we were excited to play some board games and I did bring a tiny fold out table since I didn't see a table in the photos but the bench was not as comfy to sit long periods. There were no paper towels, napkins, or wipes available for cleaning. There was an empty Clorox wipe container so we brought some napkins from our dinner out. Overall I would still highly recommend!
