If you enjoy the sun, the beach, the sea and stunning sunsets, , our apartment will be perfect for you. It is situated in a quiet residential area within a gated community, closed to traffic. The Saladar beach with more than one kilometre of golden sand is just a few meters away. It is a quite blue flag beach frequented mostly by locals. It has a promenade running the whole length of the beach where a good selection of bars and restaurants, can be found. There is also a small supermarket here.

Spectacular views on the beachfront, 20 meters from the sand. Sound of waves in the apartment! In the same urbanization there are more buildings but none of them is located so close to the edge of the pedestrian promenade and the sand. Large terrace, large living room, three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Two swimming pools, three tennis courts, basketball and football courts, children's play area. Good for couples, families with kids and business people.
