The house is in a prime location, just a few steps from the Cathedral, which overlooks the sea and offers breathtaking sunsets.

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

There is a fireplace in the corner, while old copper pans and home made baskets hang along the side on the wall. The veranda offers the option of having breakfast, lunch and dinner out in the open air and has a corner with view on the east-side garden where you can relax reading a book or enjoy a good Sardinian wine.
