Located 45 minutes from Bordeaux and less than 1.5 hours from Arcachon Bay, the Pyla Dune and the Ocean. For sports enthusiasts, the bike path will lead you to many trails to discover the Landes forest.

Over 200m2, discover a large living space under an exposed 18th century framework, with an open kitchen, a large dining-living room, a billiard table, a foosball table, a south-facing terrace and a secure swimming pool, 4 bedrooms each with a bathroom, and in the tower... a round bed!

Bordeaux is 35-40 min away, the Bassin d 'Arcachon and the Ocean are about 1h15, the Graves and Sauternais vineyards are 10 minutes away. Our 55m2 apartment is composed of an equipped kitchen, a seating area (with TV and wifi), a spacious bedroom, queen size bed, bathroom with shower. An outdoor space to enjoy the garden.
