Spacious house located in the heart of Vaas. 30 min by car from the Le Mans 24h circuit. 2 minutes from Vaas train station, direct train to Le Mans. Close to local shops (bakery, market, bar, beauty salon, restaurant ...) no need to be transported to enjoy the surroundings. The house has a private and equipped gym as well as a large garden. Tastefully and simply decorated, very pleasant and ideal for large groups, you will feel at home here!
