Luxury villa of 400 m2, 5BR, large sunny terrasse, outside dining and large garden. In beautifull Hellerup - close to city center, tourist attractions, nice beaches, play grounds and green areas. Easy quick transport to city center. Ground and 1st floor have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (325 m2), easily fitting 2 families. But the villa also has an apartment below (staircase inside house) with 1 bedroom (sleeping 2-4), bathroom and living-/dining room, if you are 2 families and wish extra privacy.

Utanför köket som badar i morgonljus så finns en liten uteplats med frukosthörna och mot havet ligger en stor uteplats. Huset erbjuder en fantastisk utsikt mot Råå hamn och Helsingborg i norr, över Danmark och Ven och ända ner till Öresundsbron som man ser klara dagar. Det är ett par kilometer till Rydebäcks centrum och närmaste restaurang ligger på 10 min gångavstånd.

Large garden with trampolin and playhouse for children. A local City centre (10 min on foot) provides shopping and lovely restaurants. 10 min drive will get you to Copenhagen Racecourse and Bakken (similar to Tivoli) an amusement park (150 years old). Ta med hela familjen till detta fantastiska ställe med massor av plats för skoj. Kök, badrum, vardagsrum och två sovrum. Sovrum 1 har en dubbelsäng. Sovrum 2 två enkelsängar. Sovrummen är på övervåningen och har inga dörrar, utan det är öppna rum. Huset ligger på vår tomt, ca 10 meter ifrån vår bostad men har egen altan och trädgård. Huset ligger på gångavstånd från Åstorp centrum, från Åstorps centrum tar du dig in till Helsingborg med tåg på 20 minuter.
