Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Die Lage ist außerordentlich ruhig, eingebettet in herrliche Natur und dennoch sehr zentral. Man erreicht mit dem Auto oder Bus/Bahn in max. 5 min. die Stuttgarter Innenstadt. Vor dem Haus sind Parkplätze vorhanden, die nächst gelegene Bahn liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Der Wasen ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Lovingly renovated old apartment. The skylights let in a lot of light and the decor is bright and colorful. You can work well at the desk. You can relax in the comfortable armchair. The dresser has storage space for your belongings. Upon request, a children's bed (Hauck travel cot 120 cm long) is waiting for you. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. The apartment has sloping walls on 2 sides. This makes it cozy, but perhaps too low for very tall guests.

The small cozy apartment is located on the 4th floor of a larger apartment building on the edge of the Sommerhofenpark, as well as Klosterseepark (beautiful evening walks and great running opportunities are guaranteed). Within walking distance is the market square/main train station (about 15-20 minutes). The necessary food and shopping facilities are across the street. The apartment was newly furnished in 2020.

Idyllic in-law in the countryside close to the city

Our accommodation (with separate entrance) is close to the forest area, yet close to the city (10 min. to the main train station). The university can be reached by bus in 9 minutes! You love our place because of the location, the peace, the views and the atmosphere in the freshly renovated artist house. Our place is good for traveling peace seekers, and couples, unfortunately not for kids.
