Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

Die Lage ist außerordentlich ruhig, eingebettet in herrliche Natur und dennoch sehr zentral. Man erreicht mit dem Auto oder Bus/Bahn in max. 5 min. die Stuttgarter Innenstadt. Vor dem Haus sind Parkplätze vorhanden, die nächst gelegene Bahn liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Der Wasen ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Our cozy and bright apartment is located in a residential area close to the center in Stuttgart-Ost on the fourth floor. The apartment has a bedroom with balcony, a bright living room, a small but fully equipped kitchen (stove/oven, fridge, washing machine) and a small bathroom with shower and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided. We want you to feel comfortable and look forward to your booking!

Idyllic in-law in the countryside close to the city

Our accommodation (with separate entrance) is close to the forest area, yet close to the city (10 min. to the main train station). The university can be reached by bus in 9 minutes! You love our place because of the location, the peace, the views and the atmosphere in the freshly renovated artist house. Our place is good for traveling peace seekers, and couples, unfortunately not for kids.

If you are looking for a well-located, functional and clean place to stay, our simple little apartment is just right for you. Please note that Stuttgart is hilly. The apartment is very close to the main train station, but significantly higher. We therefore advise against walking from there with luggage, as the difference in altitude is approx. 100m.

It is furnished in modern retro charms of the 60s and 70s. From the farmers market to the in-bar, everything is right around the corner, including public transport. Feel at home here!
