Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

Muncion is a charming village above Pera di Fassa in Val di Fassa (Trentino), it is an oasis of well-being that offers a breathtaking view of the Catinaccio and the Sella and Pordoi group. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.
