Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Chalet La Barona

Beautiful secluded chalet in a hidden corner of Piedmont, on the border with Switzerland located at 1300 meters. The chalet is inside a green oasis of meadow, pasture and vegetable gardens, surrounded by a dense forest of centuries-old pine trees. Ideal for those seeking tranquility, contact with themselves and nature. The view of the 4,000 Swiss mountains is breathtaking! During the winter season, in case of snowfall, you will need to park about 500 meters from the chalet, we will gladly help you with your luggage!

"Casa del campo" in Semione - 250 sqm with sauna

Historic house from 1669, renovated in 1977 and renovated again in 2017. It is located in the lower part of Semione, in direct contact with the countryside. It is part of a small rural nucleus surrounded by fields, orchards and vineyards 300 meters from the river. It is divided into two apartments with separate entrances: one of about 200 square meters and another of about 40 square meters with a sauna. The two apartments are connected by an internal staircase that allows you to have the entire house.

Two 300-year-old stone houses with original granite roofs — your own little hamlet, a stone's throw from Lavertezzo and the emerald green Verzasca. There's no one else here. Directly behind the houses is the chestnut forest, and opposite is a waterfall. At night, you hear nothing but the river and crickets. Both houses together; 300 m², a total of 5 rooms (including 3 bedrooms), 12 sleeping places, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, 2 terraces and a shady garden — all connected, all for you.

The charming penthouse, with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and in particular the highest mountain of Ticino (Adula 3402 m a.s.l.) is located on the top floor of an ancient Ticino house expertly restored in 2022 (Cà Nizza) in that of Marolta, in the Blenio Valley. The place offers the possibility of a relaxing and refreshing stay in a so called "energetic place" in contact with nature and the traditions of one of the most fascinating valleys of the South of the Alps.

Casa Valeggia is located in a quiet residential area. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. The Chalet, renovated in an open space, maintains the typical characteristics of a Leventine rural house. The terrace offers a table and grill for pleasant lunches and dinners surrounded by a suggestive panorama. Sun, meadows, woods and mountains will accompany your walks while starry skies will accompany your evenings.

The Rustico in the sunny valley with a large turnaround and two streams is perfect for nature lovers, hikers, families and people with dogs. You can end the day by the warm fireplace. The kitchen and bathroom were modernized in 2023. The middle floor serves as a large living and games room. A desk and WIFI convince the Digital Nomad and the large screen and projector create a cinema feeling. With water supply from the Bergbach (filtered), wood heating and solar power.
